Kootenay Lake Fisheries Act Investigation Request

Request to the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard on behalf of the British Columbia Wildlife Federation (“BCWF”) and yaqan nukiy (Lower Kootenay Band) to investigate concerns about ongoing harm to fish and fish habitat occurring in the West Arm of Kootenay Lake, BC.
